"I see myself primarily as a photographer and as a painter, though my
focus is often drawn to any one of a myriad of other mediums. Like a
juggler, I have countless projects in mid air at any given time. The
process of art thrills me. I am always amazed when I step back and see
something that wasn’t there before I worked it and am truly moved when
such a piece is then appreciated by others."

David Warren is a Sioux Falls native and
received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Augustana College. He facilitates
a weekly figure drawing group and has participated in Art Falls, the
Sidewalk Arts Festival, and other regional shows selling photographs,
cards, and embossed velvet pillows.
