The building was purchased by Marv Looby's South East Properties in 1995 and completely renovated for offices on the upper floors and retail space on the boardwalk. The building was sold to David & Erika Billion in 2005 and presently houses more than 60 offices and businesses.

EastBank Art
Gallery & Studio is located on the boardwalk on the west side of 8th &
Railroad Center. Originally built as the Wilson Terminal warehouse in 1930, the
building's name was later changed to All American Transport in 1978.
